Shipping & Delivery
As a small, family-owned business, we really appreciate your support! We want to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, and we are grateful for your patience with us! We will do our best to process your items quickly and keep you in the loop. All merchandise is carefully pulled, packaged and shipped from our store in Grand Bend, ON.
Local Delivery
We offer complimentary local delivery to Grand Bend addresses with postal code N0M 1T0 for purchases of $25+ (pre-tax). Please check your address to see if this option could apply to you. You can expect package delivery to your home’s front porch between 9 am and 7 pm (front porch only- we will not enter any backyards).
Please note that Rustic to Refined cannot be held responsible for porch theft, choose the option of local delivery at your discretion. We also offer local pickup at our store in Grand Bend, ON. Just select the pickup option at check-out and we will notify you by email when your order is ready.
Shipping Rates
We offer a $15 flat rate for orders of $50-$149.99 (pre-tax) and free shipping for all orders above $150 (pre-tax). For orders under $50, your shipping rate will be calculated based on the delivery destination and items shipped. All orders are shipped through Canada Post’s expedited service. The shipping amount will be displayed prior to the completion of any order in CAD dollars. Currently, we only ship within Canada and these rates do not apply to remote areas. If your address is flagged, please contact us for details regarding shipping options.
You can expect to receive shipment tracking information via e-mail within 2-4 business days of placing your order. Be sure to check your junk mail so that no information is missed. In addition, please confirm you provide us with complete and correct shipping information during the checkout process. Rustic to Refined is NOT responsible for losses or damaged items resulting from incorrect shipping information.
Furniture and Large Items:
We currently do not offer shipping for furniture and large items. We do however offer curb-side delivery services within a 125 km radius of our store located in Grand Bend, ON. The cost for this service is calculated at a rate of $2.00/km (one way), from our location to yours. Only one delivery person attends each delivery so assistance from you may be required depending on the size of the order. We will contact you to set up a delivery date and time at your convenience when the order is ready. Send us an email for additional information and to confirm delivery costs to your home.
